- Visit the official Aarogyasri Telangana website (https://aarogyasri.telangana.gov.in/ASRI2.0/) or the YSR Navasakam portal for application forms
- Online Application:
- Click on the "New Enrollment" tab on the Aarogyasri website.
- Fill in the online application form with required personal and family details.
- Upload scanned copies of necessary documents such as proof of identity (Aadhaar card, ration card, etc.), proof of residence, and income certificate if applicable.
