Charlie Kirk, the late conservative activist, is poised to be memorialized on U.S. currency through a new House Republican proposal. Two GOP lawmakers, Representatives Abe Hamadeh of Arizona and August Pfluger of Texas, are sponsoring legislation to mint 400,000 silver dollar coins featuring Kirk's portrait on one side and the phrase "Well done, good and faithful servant" on the other. This initiative would make Kirk the youngest American ever to appear on legal U.S. currency if the bill is passed and the final design approved by Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant in consultation with President Donald Trump. The coins would also include Kirk's full name, the year 2026, and the U.S. motto, and the production is said to be funded through collector sales without burdening taxpayers. This move follows Kirk's assassination earlier in September 2025 and aims to honor his influence in conservative politics and his sacrifice.
