Freek de Jonge is a prominent Dutch cabaretier born on 30 August 1944 in Westernieland. He rose to fame as part of the duo Neerlands Hoop in Bange Dagen with Bram Vermeulen, later pursuing a long solo career with numerous shows, old- and new-year conferences, and writings. As of 2025, he remains an active figure in Dutch cabaret, with ongoing public appearances and media presence.
