The Final 3 in Big Brother works through a special Head of Household (HoH) competition consisting of three parts. Initially, all three houseguests compete in Part 1, which is typically an endurance challenge. The winner of Part 1 automatically advances to Part 3. The other two houseguests then compete in Part 2, and the winner of that round moves on to face the Part 1 winner in the final Part 3. Part 3 is usually a quiz-style competition where the two remaining houseguests compete to earn the title of Final HoH. The winner of the Final HoH casts the sole eviction vote to evict one of the other two houseguests, thus setting the Final 2 who will face the jury vote to win the game.
