Cyclone Freddy is no longer an active cyclone as of the latest information. It was an exceptionally long-lasting and powerful tropical cyclone that formed in early February 2023 and lasted for 36 days, traveling approximately 12,785 kilometers (7,945 miles) across the southern Indian Ocean from near Australia to Southeast Africa. It made multiple landfalls in Madagascar, Mozambique, and affected Malawi and Zimbabwe, causing significant damage and casualties. After these landfalls, Cyclone Freddy moved back out to sea and has since dissipated by mid-March 2023. Thus, as of now, Cyclone Freddy is not currently at a measurable distance from any land since it no longer exists as a cyclone.
