John Harbaugh has coached the Baltimore Ravens since the 2008 NFL season. As of 2025, he has been the head coach for 18 seasons, having just signed a contract extension through the 2028 season. This makes his tenure with the Ravens nearly two decades long and the longest in franchise history. He is the second-longest tenured active coach in the NFL, behind Mike Tomlin, and has the most wins in Ravens history. During his time, he led the team to a Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XLVII and has consistently maintained a competitive team with multiple playoff appearances and AFC North division titles.
