To deep fry chicken breast, heat the oil to around 340-375°F (171-190°C). Fry boneless, skinless chicken breasts for about 4 to 6 minutes until they achieve a golden brown color and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Bone- in breasts or thicker pieces require longer, typically 10 to 15 minutes of frying. For even cooking, maintain oil temperature and avoid overcrowding the pan. After frying, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
