A total of 20 Concorde aircraft were built. This includes two prototypes, two pre-production aircraft, and 16 production aircraft. Of the production aircraft, 14 were used for commercial service by British Airways and Air France, with 7 aircraft each. The remaining 6 aircraft were used for development and testing purposes and did not enter commercial service.
