Apple Music itself does not show your exact lifetime minutes, but it does show total minutes for each year (and sometimes month) in Apple Music Replay, and your iPhone can show recent app-usage time in Settings.
Check yearly minutes in Replay
To see how many minutes you listened this year (and past years):
- Open the Music app and go to the Home tab, then scroll to the Replay section and open your Replay 2025 (or current year).
- In the Replay dashboard, look for the “total minutes listened” stat for that year; you can also open previous years’ Replays from the same area.
Check recent usage on iPhone
If you want to see roughly how long you have used Apple Music over the last 24 hours or 10 days:
- On iPhone, go to Settings → Battery, scroll down to Music/Apple Music, and tap it; it shows on‑screen time for the last 24 hours and last 10 days.
- This measures time the app is active on your device, which may differ slightly from pure listening time (for example, when playing in background).
If you tell what exactly you mean (this year, all time, or a specific period), guidance can be narrowed further.
