Jeremy Clarkson paid around £4.45 million for his farm, originally known as Curdle Hill Farm, in 2008. Some sources suggest the initial purchase price was approximately £6 million. Since then, he has made additional investments of about £2 million on developing the farm, including a farm shop, equipment, and a pub, bringing the total investment to around £8 million. The farm, renamed Diddly Squat Farm, has significantly increased in value and is now estimated to be worth about £12.5 million.
