The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are set to receive a significant pay increase for the 2025-26 NFL season. Their salaries have been nearly quadrupled (a 400% raise). Previously, cheerleaders like former member Jada McLean earned around $15 per hour and about $500 per appearance. With the new pay raise, veteran cheerleaders could now be making over $75 per hour. This change could bring their annual earnings to approximately $150,000 or more, depending on experience and appearances. Despite this increase, the contracts reportedly do not include health insurance, and most cheerleaders hold additional jobs outside their cheerleading duties.
