Pillmhulo, also known as camphor, is dangerous for children, especially in small amounts. Exposure to as little as 500 mg of camphor can be lethal in children under 6 years old, and doses between 750 to 1000 mg can cause seizures and even death. Products containing camphor often have 10% concentration, where 5 mL can contain about 500 mg of camphor, so even small exposures require urgent medical attention for children.
