To cancel your Amazon Prime membership, follow these steps:
- On a desktop computer:
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Hover over the Accounts & Lists menu at the top right and select Prime Membership.
- In the Manage Membership section at the top right, click Update, cancel, and more or directly End Membership.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation. You may be offered options to pause your membership or be reminded later before finalizing the cancellation.
- Complete the process by clicking the final End Membership button. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and see the last date you can use your Prime benefits
- On a mobile device:
- Open the Amazon Shopping app.
- Tap the profile icon at the bottom, then select Account.
- Tap Manage Prime Membership.
- Tap Manage Membership , then Update, cancel, and more.
- Choose End Membership and follow the on-screen instructions to finalize cancellation
If you have a Prime Video-only subscription, you can cancel it separately by going to Account & Settings on Prime Video, selecting the Your Account tab, and choosing End Subscription
. Remember, if you haven't used your Prime benefits during the current membership period, you may be eligible for a full refund
