To change your email signature in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps depending on your Outlook version:

For Outlook Desktop (Classic Outlook for Windows)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select File > Options.
  3. In the Outlook Options window, select Mail from the sidebar.
  4. Click the Signatures... button next to "Create or modify signatures for messages."
  5. In the Signatures and Stationery window, select the signature you want to edit under Select signature to edit.
  6. Make your changes in the Edit signature box. You can format text, add images, links, and customize fonts.
  7. Click Save , then OK to apply changes.

  9. Click OK to close all dialogs.

Alternatively, you can access signatures from a new email message by clicking Signature on the Message tab, then selecting Signatures...

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.
  2. Click Settings (gear icon) at the top right.
  3. Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
