To create a group on Instagram, follow these steps depending on your device:

On Android or iPhone

1. Open the Instagram app and log in.
2. Tap the paper plane icon (Direct Messages) at the top-right corner.
3. Tap the pencil icon or "New Message" button to start a new chat.
4. Select two or more people by typing their usernames to add them to the group (up to 32 members on mobile).
5. Tap "Create Group Chat" or "Create Chat."
