To delete your YouTube history, including watch and search history, you can follow these steps depending on your device:

On a Computer (Browser)

1. Sign in to your YouTube account.
2. Go to the History page by clicking on the menu (three lines) on the top left and selecting History , or directly visit https://www.youtube.com/feed/history.
3. To delete all watch history, click Clear all watch history on the right side.
4. To delete search history or manage history in detail, click Manage all history. This will take you to your Google My Activity page.
5. On the My Activity page, click Delete and choose Delete all time to remove all YouTube watch and search history.
6. You can also delete history for specific time ranges or individual items by using the search and delete options.
7. Optionally, you can set up automatic deletions to erase history after 3, 18, or 36 months

On the YouTube Mobile App (Android/iOS)

1. Open the YouTube app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap History & privacy.
5. Tap Clear watch history and Clear search history to delete them separately.
6. You can also pause history tracking here if you want to stop YouTube from saving future watch or search history

• Deleting history removes your watch and search records but does not delete other interactions like likes, comments, or subscriptions. These can be managed separately in your Google account settings if needed

• After deleting history, YouTube may still retain some data for personalization unless you pause history tracking
