To enter within a cell in Excel (i.e., to edit or add data inside the same cell rather than replacing it or moving to another cell), you can use the following methods:

• Double-click the cell you want to edit. This puts the cell in edit mode and places the cursor inside the cell so you can type or modify the content directly

• Alternatively, select the cell and press F2 on your keyboard to enter edit mode within the cell without overwriting the existing content
