To find the posts you have liked on Instagram, follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture icon at the bottom right.
3. Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) at the top right corner.
4. Select Your Activity from the menu.
5. Tap Likes (sometimes under Interactions).
6. You will see a grid or list of posts, reels, and videos you have liked recently (up to 300 most recent likes).

8. If desired, you can unlike posts by selecting them and tapping the unlike button.
