To hide views on Instagram, you have a few options depending on whether you want to hide view counts on Reels or on posts:

How to Hide View Counts on Instagram Reels

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right.
3. Select Settings and Privacy.
4. Scroll down and tap Creator tools and controls.
5. Tap View counts on profile.
6. Toggle Hide view counts on to hide the views on your Reels from others.

When this is enabled, no one will see the view counts on your Reels tab or profile grid, but you can still see them yourself in Insights

How to Hide View Counts and Likes on Instagram Posts

• When creating a new post:
  1. After selecting your photo or video and before sharing, tap Advanced settings at the bottom.
  2. Toggle on Hide like and view counts on this post.
  3. Only you will be able to see the total likes and views on that post.
• To hide like and share counts on all posts and reels you see:
  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon and go to Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy > Posts or directly Like and share counts.
  4. Toggle on Hide like & share counts to hide counts on posts and reels you view

Note that currently, Instagram does not allow hiding view counts separately for photo posts without affecting reels views - the setting applies to both or neither
