To leave an ESPN Fantasy league, follow these steps:
- Open the ESPN Fantasy app or go to the ESPN Fantasy website and log into your account.
- Navigate to the league that you want to leave. On the team page within that league, scroll down to find a red "Leave League" button.
- Tap or click the "Leave League" button and confirm your choice when prompted.
Note:
- You can only leave a league before the draft has occurred. After the draft, team managers cannot leave the league on their own.
- If you are the League Manager (commissioner), you cannot simply leave the league; you would need to delete the league, which is a final action.
- Leaving a league is permanent; if you want to return, you must rejoin with an invite link and go through the draft process again.
- On mobile, there may also be an option to leave an inactive league by using the "Remind League Manager" option to bring up a leave option.
This method works to remove the league from your dashboard and avoid unwanted auto-drafts or clutter from inactive leagues.
