To make a Potion of Weakness in Minecraft, follow these steps:

1. Gather Ingredients and Materials:
   • Water bottles (fill glass bottles with water)
   • Fermented Spider Eye (crafted from a sugar, a spider eye, and a brown mushroom)
   • Blaze Powder (to fuel the brewing stand)
   • Brewing Stand
2. Craft the Fermented Spider Eye:
   • Combine sugar, a spider eye, and a brown mushroom in the crafting grid to make one fermented spider eye.
3. Fill Glass Bottles with Water:
   • Craft glass bottles from glass blocks, then fill them with water by right-clicking a water source.
4. Brew the Potion:
   • Place blaze powder in the brewing stand to fuel it.
   • Put up to three water bottles in the bottom slots of the brewing stand.
