To see your pending connections on LinkedIn, follow these steps depending on whether you are using a desktop or the mobile app:

On Desktop

1. Log in to LinkedIn and click the My Network icon at the top of the homepage.
2. Click See all next to Invitations to open the Invitation Management page.
3. By default, you will see the Received tab with all connection requests you've received.
4. To view the connection requests you have sent but are still pending, click the Sent tab

On Mobile (iPhone or Android)

1. Open the LinkedIn app.
2. Tap the My Network icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Invitations at the top.
4. You will see the Received tab by default, showing invitations others have sent you.
5. To see the connection requests you have sent, switch to the Sent tab

From these views, you can accept or ignore received invitations, or withdraw any sent invitations that are still pending. This helps you manage your LinkedIn network effectively
