To see the friend requests you have sent on Facebook, follow these steps depending on your device:
On Mobile (iPhone or Android)
- Open the Facebook app.
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines). On iPhone, it's usually at the bottom right; on Android, at the top right.
- Select Friends.
- Tap Friend Requests or See All next to Friend Requests.
- In the Friend Requests screen, tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose View Sent Requests.
You will now see a list of all friend requests you have sent that are still pending. You can also cancel any sent requests from this list if you want
On Desktop (PC or Mac)
- Go to Facebook.com and log in.
- Click Friends on the left sidebar.
- Click Friend Requests.
- Click View Sent Requests (usually a link or option near the top-right).
Alternatively, you can:
- Click your profile icon (top right),
- Select Settings & Privacy > Activity Log ,
- On the left panel, click Connections > Friends ,
- Then click Sent Friend Requests to see all your outgoing requests.
From here, you can view and cancel any pending friend requests you have sent
. This process helps you manage your social connections by keeping track of who you have invited and optionally canceling unwanted or forgotten requests.
