To trade in Rocket League, you need to follow these steps and meet certain requirements:
Requirements to Trade
- Have a verified Epic Games account with two-factor authentication enabled.
- Reach at least level 30 in Rocket League.
- Purchase a minimum of 500 in-game Credits (approximately $5).
- Complete at least 50 minutes of online playtime.
- Enable player-to-player trading in the settings (under Interface, tick "Allow Player-to-Player Trading").
How to Trade with Other Players
- Add Friends: Add the player you want to trade with as an Epic friend via the Social menu by entering their Epic username.
- Create a Party: Once your friend is online, create a party and invite them.
- Invite to Trade: In the party screen, click on your friend's profile and select "Invite to Trade."
- Select Items to Trade: Choose up to 12 items from your inventory to offer.
- Review Offers: Check the items the other player is offering.
- Accept Trade: Both players must accept the trade. After a 5-second countdown, the trade completes.

Additional Notes
- You can only trade with friends.
- Items include decals, wheels, boosts, toppers, antennas, and more.
- Some items can be traded in (five items of the same rarity exchanged for one item of higher rarity) via the Garage menu.
- Trades are irreversible.
- Blueprints generally have little trade value because they require credits to build.
- Player-to-player trading was temporarily removed but has been reinstated with these new rules.
This process allows you to exchange items fairly and safely within the Rocket League community
