Turning off Do Not Disturb on both iPhones and Androids can be done through the Control Center or Quick Settings menu
. You can also adjust the settings within the device's settings app
. iPhone
- Control Center
:
* Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open the Control Center (on iPhones with Face ID) or swipe up from the bottom of the screen (on iPhones with Touch ID)
* Tap the Focus button where the Do Not Disturb crescent moon appears to turn it off. If there is no moon icon, Do Not Disturb is already off
- Siri
:
* Ask Siri to turn Do Not Disturb on or off.
- Settings
:
* Go to **Settings** > **Focus** > **Do Not Disturb** to make sure your device won't turn on Do Not Disturb at scheduled times by turning off the **Scheduled** option.
Android
- Quick Settings
:
* Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Settings menu.
* Tap the Do Not Disturb icon to disable the feature
- Settings
:
* Go to **Settings** > **Sound & vibration** > **Do Not Disturb** to access more settings and turn it off.
* Alternatively, in the settings, tap **Notifications** , then scroll down to the general section and tap **Do Not Disturb**. Tap **Turn off now**
