To turn off Professional Mode on Instagram and switch back to a personal account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Go to your profile by tapping your profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
3. Tap the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right corner.
4. Select Settings and privacy from the menu.
5. Scroll down and tap Account or Account type and tools.
6. Tap on Professional Mode or Professional Account.
7. Scroll down and select Switch Account Type.
8. Choose Switch to Personal Account.
9. Confirm your choice by tapping Switch Now or Switch to Personal Account in the popup.

After confirming, your account will revert to a personal Instagram account, and professional features like insights and contact buttons will be disabled. You can always switch back to Professional Mode later if you want
