- Andrea and Lamar (Season 2) are still married. Lamar was serving an 18-year sentence and was released on parole, with Andrea moving from Utah to California to be with him. Despite Lamar being arrested again for parole violations, they remain together as of 2023
- Sarah Simmons and Michael Simmons (Season 1) are no longer together. Sarah filed for divorce from Michael, who was incarcerated again on felony charges as of 2023. Sarah is working as a server and focusing on her children
- Cheryl and Josh (Season 2) have separated. Josh is reportedly incarcerated again as of 2024, and Cheryl has moved on, marrying someone named Troy Patterson in March 2024
- Scott and Lizzie (Season 1) split before Scott passed away in 2021. Lizzie has since turned her life around, becoming sober and a social media influencer
- Marcelino and Brittany (Season 2) have separated. Brittany reconnected with her children and started a cleaning business, while Marcelino keeps a low profile
- Lamondre and Andrea (Season 2) are still together. Lamondre is due for release in 2026, and the couple runs an online clothing business together
- Shavel and Quaylon (Season 3) reunited and got married on the spin-off Life After Lockup
