Naftogaz of Ukraine (НАК «Нафтогаз України») is Ukraine’s state‑owned national oil and gas company and one of the country’s largest enterprises by contribution to GDP. The company focuses on diversifying non‑Russian gas supplies (including LNG via European partners), reforming the gas market, and supporting the state budget through tax and dividend payments.
