Shiseido Waso Clear Mega-Hydrating Cream is a moisturizer that is part of the brands new skincare collection that targets millennials. It is a water and glycerin-based gel moisturizer that has propylene glycol that acts as a humectant for skin to retain moisture. The moisturizer contains a host of other highly hydrating ingredients, including fermented soybean extract, whole cell carrots, and peony extract. However, it also contains silcones, which may or may not be an issue for certain skin types. The product is mineral oil-free.
