There are four major parks within the Walt Disney World Resort: The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. These parks offer a variety of rides, attractions, and parades, and each one has its own focus. Here is a brief overview of each park:
-
Magic Kingdom: This park has six lands to explore and 40 magical attractions to enjoy. It is known for its fairy tale-themed attractions and nightly firework extravaganza.
-
Animal Kingdom: This park is the largest of all the Walt Disney World theme parks, spanning more than 500 acres. It is focused on animals and nature, and features an 110-acre replica of an African safari.
-
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: This park is focused on the world of movies and entertainment. It features attractions based on popular movies and TV shows, as well as live shows and parades.
-
Epcot: This park is divided into two main areas: Future World and World Showcase. Future World features innovative and interactive exhibits, while World Showcase allows visitors to explore different countries and cultures.
Visitors can purchase park hopper tickets to go from one park to the next on the same day, or base tickets to access a single park per day.
