10. Tenth Amendment: Reserves powers not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people.
11. Eleventh Amendment: Limits the jurisdiction of federal courts in cases against states.
12. Twelfth Amendment: Changes the procedure for electing the President and Vice President.
13. Thirteenth Amendment: Abolishes slavery and involuntary servitude.
14. Fourteenth Amendment: Defines citizenship, guarantees equal protection under the law, and prohibits states from denying citizens due process of law.
15. Fifteenth Amendment: Prohibits the denial of voting rights based on race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
