• Difficulty remaining conscious or inability to wake up
• Vomiting
• Seizures
• Slow or irregular breathing (fewer than eight breaths per minute or 10 seconds or more between breaths)
• Clammy skin or paleness
• Slow heart rate
• Loss of gag reflex
• Extremely low body temperature, bluish skin color, or paleness
