LeBron James did not go to college. He graduated from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in 2003, and right after graduating, he was drafted to the NBA by the Cleveland Cavaliers as the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. Although he never attended college, he has made some comments regarding where he would have liked to go had he decided to take the formal education route. During Laker’s media day, LeBron James hinted that he would have likely gone to the Ohio State University if he had gone to college.
