Travis Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, attended the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2009 and dropped out in 2010 during his sophomore year to pursue a career in music. He moved to New York City to start his music career and later to Los Angeles, where he met rapper T.I. and was hired as a producer by Kanye Wests record label Good Music. In a talk at Harvard in December 2018, Scott expressed his interest in studying architecture at the university after his third album. However, there is no evidence that he has attended Harvard or any other college since dropping out of UTSA.
