Novaliches is a district of Quezon City, which is one of the cities that make up Metro Manila in the Philippines. It is located to the northeast of Manila city center and is primarily a residential area, but there are also small business and commercial areas in Novaliches as well as small industrial zones and facilities for recreation. Novaliches is divided into several barangays, which are the smallest administrative divisions in the Philippines. The barangays that make up Novaliches include San Agustin, San Bartolome, Sta. Lucia, and Novaliches Proper, among others. The district of Novaliches is part of Quezon Citys 5th congressional district, which includes the barangays bordering the northern enclave of Caloocan more popularly known as Novaliches.
