Malia Obama, the daughter of former President Barack Obama, is a writer and director. She is making her directorial debut with a short film produced by Donald Glovers company, Gilga. Malia worked alongside Glover on his Prime Video series Swarm, where she worked in the writers room. She is known for her dedication to her craft and her talent as a writer. Malia is also a Harvard graduate who spent a gap year traveling and interning. Despite being a bold-faced name from day one, Malia wasnt in for any special treatment.
