There is a partial lunar eclipse happening today, October 28, 2023. It will be visible over all of Europe, Africa, most of Asia, and western Australia, and will cause the moon to appear to have a bite taken out of it during the partial eclipse from 3:34 p.m. to 4:52 p.m. ET. Additionally, there was an annular solar eclipse on October 14, 2023, which was visible in West Africa, North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic.
