Red Bull currently uses a Honda power unit, which is branded as Red Bull Powertrains, and will continue to do so until 2025. However, starting from the 2026 season, Red Bull will be supplied with engines by Ford. The new partnership, called Red Bull Ford Powertrains, will last at least five seasons from 2026 to 2030. Red Bull Powertrains and Ford will work together on the next-gen hybrid power unit, which will also supply engines to sister team AlphaTauri.
