There is no episode in which Luffy uses Gear 6. While there is speculation among fans about whether Gear 6 will be introduced in the series, Luffy has only been shown to use Gears 1-5 in the anime and manga. In fact, some fans believe that Gear 5 is Luffys peak form as a fighter, and that there will be no Gear 6.
