It is worth noting that in some of the movies, Curtis only appears in a limited capacity, such as in Halloween: Resurrection where she only appears in the opening scene. In Halloween Kills, she is reduced to a supporting role in the hospital and does not come face to face with Michael Myers. Halloween Ends concludes the trilogy that began with Halloween (2018) and features Curtis as Laurie Strode.
