Drew Gordon, former NBA player and older brother of Denver Nuggets' Aaron Gordon, tragically died in a car accident on May 30, 2024, in an unincorporated area of Clackamas County, Oregon. He was driving a Vanderhall Carmel, a three-wheeled autocycle, which crossed the center line and collided with a pickup truck. Gordon died at the scene, while the pickup truck's driver and passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The crash does not appear to have involved impairment and remains under investigation

. Gordon was 33 years old at the time of his death. He had a notable basketball career, playing collegiately at UCLA and New Mexico, and professionally overseas and in the NBA G League. He appeared in nine games for the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2014-15 NBA season. He is survived by his wife Angela and three children
