Giselle MacNeill was one of Martin MacNeills adopted daughters. In 2007, Martin arranged for Giselle to return to Ukraine for the summer, but he made no arrangements for her to come back to the U.S. . Giselles stay in Ukraine stretched into almost a year, during which time Martin and his mistress, Gypsy Willis, stole Giselles identity. Willis assumed Giselles identity, amassing a fraudulent social security number, ID cards, and birth certificate. Giselle was discovered to be living in deplorable conditions in Ukraine by her cousin, Jill Harper. Giselle was eventually rescued from Ukraine by her older sisters. Martin MacNeill was later charged with murder and obstruction of justice for the murder of his wife, Michele. Gypsy Willis was convicted of identity-theft related fraud and is currently in prison.
