Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen suffered a bloody nose injury during the Week 2 game against the New York Jets. The injury happened when Jets pass rusher Micheal Clemons made contact with the bridge of Allen's nose during a tackle, causing bleeding and swelling. Allen took off his helmet and ran to the sideline where medical staff treated him by placing gauze in his nostrils to stop the bleeding. He missed just two plays before returning to the game. Despite the injury, Allen continued to play effectively and later described the injury as painful but manageable, saying, "We can breathe, so it's good." The nose was visibly swollen and bruised, but Allen reassured that he was okay and able to keep playing without serious issues.
