The hotel was foreclosed on by the bank due to the large debt incurred by the owners, Robert Dean II and Ari Nikki. The bar was sold to new owners in 2014 at a foreclosure auction for just $405,000 after initially starting the bidding at $1 million. As of 2023, the hotel is doing business at the same location under new ownership and a new name, the Windsor Mansion Inn. The new owners, Ken Lucci and his sister Brenda Bradley, paid only $400,000 for the property, which underwent $1.4 million in renovations and improvements. However, Lucci was arrested and pled guilty to stalking two employees.
