According to the search results, Kat Von D sold her shares of Kat Von D Beauty to Kendo, a company she partnered with for 11 years, on January 16, 2020. She explained on Instagram that she wished she could balance raising her child, running her shoe company, and making music with the beauty brand, but she "just cant do everything at the maximum capacity". Von D has also been focusing on music and family, and her tattoo shop, High Voltage Tattoo, eventually shuttered its doors after 14 years of serving the community. She continues to own the shop, however, and remains a prominent figure in the tattoo industry, working as a tattoo artist. Von D has also launched her own line of shoes and is exploring a singing career. In 2022, she moved to Indiana with her son and husband to pursue family life.
