Khamzat Chimaevs lip scar is the result of a childhood accident. When he was two years old, he fell down a big staircase in his house and landed on concrete, which caused him to have a ripped lip, a broken nose, and a couple of knocked-out teeth. He still suffers from the effects of the fall, as he cant breathe through his right nostril. Despite the injury, Chimaev has become a successful UFC fighter, and his scar has even been the subject of cruel taunts by Conor McGregor.
