Naomi Judd, one half of the iconic country music duo The Judds, died by suicide on April 30, 2022, at her home in Tennessee. She killed herself with a gun and left a suicide note. According to an autopsy report, she was struggling with bipolar disorder when she shot herself. Her husband, Larry Strickland, said that her final months were "very chaotic" and "hectic".
