Former NHL player Nicolas Kerdiles died in a motorcycle crash in Nashville on September 23, 2023, at the age of 29. Kerdiles played for the Anaheim Ducks and the Winnipeg Jets, and he also played for the San Diego Gulls in the American Hockey League. He was once engaged to TV personality Savannah Chrisley.
