Stephanie Rice is an Australian former competitive swimmer who won three gold medals at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She retired from competitive swimming in 2014 due to a shoulder injury. After retiring, Rice struggled with depression and feelings of irrelevance, but has since worked on herself and moved on. Rices most recent venture outside of the pool is being part of the reality TV series SAS. She is also an ambassador for LSH Auto Australia, an investor in Talon Esports, and is pursuing an MBA.
