Mike the Mouse is a character from the movie Sing, voiced by Seth MacFarlane, who is a hustling street musician mouse who wanted money, fame, and women. In Sing 2, Mike was nowhere to be seen, and the film never addressed his absence. Fans have come up with their own theories about what happened to him, including that he died in some over-the-top way, that he got in too deep with the gambling bears and lost everything, or that he simply didnt fit into the storyline of the sequel. Some have even claimed that he was eaten by a bear. However, in a Q&A with director Garth Jennings, he said that if he gets to do another movie, he may bring Mike back, as he loves Seth McFarlanes singing and performance but had enough of the character. Therefore, it is unclear what happened to Mike in Sing 2, but it seems that he was not included in the sequel because the director did not want to continue with the character.
